The owner called us a few days after becoming the owner of the apartment and willing to renovate the kitchen "because it was the only place in which he liked to be at".

We proposed to rethink the area as a social space to get together with friends, eat, watch a movie and, of course, cook. We integrated the following room, demolishing a partition wall to create a wide and luminous dining room-kitchen separated from the living room only by the bathroom.

The materials used follow a sober, monochromatic palette to be decorated with colourful objects.
