We participated in the drafting and technical documentation of "Charco's Home" which is a young man's first home, seeking for racionalist and innovative proposals for it.

It is simple, yet, overwhelming with a free low level, transparent and public, slightly elevated on the natural ground. On the contrary, the upper level is totally private. It has a double height spacing and courtyards.

The pallet of materials is synthetic. The floors are done with smooth cement, black aluminum carpentry and minimum coatings.
