This is a 70's house, built in "Ciudad Jardín". It maintains that time's idea of small houses with wide gardens of 5 mts of frontal courtyards without gates.

The owners have teenage children and want to remodel the front of the house. We proposed to rethink the original idea with small changes. Replace the sidewalk deteriorated y the tree's roots with cement blocks, which also allow the grass to grow. We also proposed to add an iron pergola with plants to guard the car, paint the walls with terracotta (brownish) and keep the carpentry with its original wooden texture.
