It's owner is a traveller who loves to journey with very few luggage. His passion invited us to imagine his home as a hotel room, with a privileged view from a 23rd floor as if it was the view from a lighthouse.

Small modifications were done in the existing apartment, achieving big changes. The bedroom was made bigger by gaining space from the balcony, giving space for a desk and a storage room. The kitchen and laundry room wew integrated, creating a more practical space. The bathroom was remodelled and his bicycle finally found where to be placed at in the balcony.  

The colours of the floors and walls were unified, giving colour to the central volume to organize the space. The carpentry, closets and furniture were changed.
