This building is located in the middle of an old grove and it is implanted to the ground like the roots of the trees around it. It is a field with a beautiful landscape and of very comfortable access. Yet, with the passing of time, it has been deteriorated and the distribution is not proportional.

To bring it back to life we modified the dimensions of the existing hall, given that it was too big and by making it slightly bigger it was turned into a multipurpose room to be used in lectures, meeting, theoretic classes, etc. The dressing rooms we made smaller and, both the interior and exterior accesses were modified, giving them a better use.

The space that was earned was turned into male and female bedrooms. We kept the original structure of the building, it's modulation, lighting and implantation as original values and made interior reforms proper for its new uses. We recovered the tones of the concrete, the carpentry as well as membranes and the granite floors.
