This is the first household project for a young man who wants to modernize the apartment in which his grandmother lived. It is located on the top floor of a building located in the corner of the street, with a wide rooftop on the chamfer.

During the first stage we refuncionalized the interior, integrating the kitchen with the dining room and the living room, creating a single space with views and exit into the rooftop. Two bedrooms and one bathroom were relocated in the darkest area.

During the second stage we designed the rooftop, establishing areas to relax with couches and a grill, taking advantage of the railing as a bar to eat or have a drink with friends, simulating a "sky bar" with a great view of the city.

We united the colours, textures and coating materials to gain practicality and to be able to enjoy to the fullest.
