This is a horizontal property located in a small lot facing a commercial street. We worked in this project for a family seeking to grow in numbers in the future. The morphological proposal was coupled to the neighbouring constructions, built to earn light, privacy and space in its gardens.

The low level courtyard was used as a garage, the living room was made bigger and the upper level rooftop was used to make the bedroom bigger and a balcony was added facing the garden. It was a game of lights and shadows and of open and closed spaces.

Concrete was used for floors and internal roofs as well as for exterior partition walls. We also added details made in wood for the exterior coating.
