This is the permanent housing project for a young couple dreaming with a home. It is located at a private neighbourhood, surrounded by a centennial grove in a plot of land in which it is important to gain building surface.

The house is organized through a central courtyard that emerges from the land to give light to the three levels, in contrast with the volume of the front that seems to be "floating" and invites to enter through a bridge.

The concrete frame is visible, in contrast with the masonry, which has a textured coating. 

The functional program seeks to satisfy  the needs of a growing family, with social spaces in the basement and the ground floor, and private rooms in the upper floor.
