This is a typical ground floor house located in a residential area. We arrived initially to redesign the main bathroom and then refunctionalize all the social areas to make profit of the existing flow, given that the owners, a family with three children, had already started a reform.

The old garage was turned into a passing area, with an independent access and windows facing the garden.

The front and back courtyards earned colour, perfume and freshness with vertical gardens.
